After a hotly contested tender process, Spark outsourced their print management process to Fuji Xerox and enjoyed 20% savings in year one of operation through Fuji Xerox’s contestable print pricing model.

Our team managed the end-to-end supply chain process, change management and sourcing of over 3,000 line items during the rebranding project of Spark. On an on-going basis, we managed the on-site print hub and the process of printing, delivery and installation of up to 60 different point-of-sale components to 70 Spark retail stores, and over 400 mass market outlets across New Zealand.
