Aon – A True Technology Partnership

Aon New Zealand is a leading provider of insurance broking, risk management and HR consulting services. They work with a diverse range of customers at the local, regional and national level.

Two such services are a team of insurance brokers specialising in the rural sector, and sprinkler and fire alarm inspection services for commercial and public access buildings.

Aon turned to Fuji Xerox when the time came to look for more efficient ways of delivering these rural and fire inspection services.

Fuji Xerox implemented a mobility solution on Intelledox Smart Forms platform and delivered the following outcomes to Aon:

-15% immediate increase in broker and fire sprinkler inspectors productivity

-Wait time for fire inspection reports slashed from 4 weeks to 2 days
