DHBs and healthAlliance Unite to Achieve Healthy Print Savings

In 2015, healthAlliance awarded Fuji Xerox a 3-year contract to provide a fully integrated end to end Print Management solution to all District Health Boards (DHBs). The objective of the RFP aims to consolidate and streamline the print and procurement processes for all clinical forms and non-clinical collateral across the DHBs nation-wide.

The value provided by our team included:

  • delivering significant cost savings from improved print processes
  • transforming the printing of clinical forms from offset to digital
  • providing the advisory and manpower services to manage the ordering, invoicing, delivering, stock and inventory management of all clinical and non-clinical printed materials
  • developing and maintaining a centralised clinical forms register and digital asset library for the DHBs.

The Fuji Xerox Print MIS technology system (rolled out as one common platform) allows the staff to order items 24/7, review and proof artwork online, share templates and assets amongst DHBs, and more.
